Last week Director Zhang Yili confirmed and revealed that the theatrical movie adaptation of Cāng Yuántú has entered the finishing process. A few days ago it was submitted to the May filing list.
Synopsis:
To prevent the resurrection and release of the Holy Demon King, Meng Chuan and his companions begin a journey to find four people whose fates have been distorted by space and time. After successfully uncovering the secret of his own origins as well as the grand conspiracy of a mysterious organization, Meng Chuan awakens the hidden space-time power within himself. With unwavering resolve, he kills the Holy Demon King and destroys the closed barrier that has long limited their world. No longer choosing to avoid it, Meng Chuan leads the entire world to actively face the vast universe. Through fearless battles, he fights to protect the future of all living beings and opens a new chapter for their civilization.
