Hello~ introductions are always a doozy so let's see... I go online by many names, depending on what I'm focusing on, skcld/cloud for this site and the donghua community, klwver as an artist and redacted :P on discord, where I also post wallpapers. I like to do a bit of everything but, above all else I like learning new skills and focus on self-discovery and balance.
My main hobby is drawing, I've done it since I can remember. It has always been an escape for me and honestly, if I don't draw for a while I feel like something is just... not right :') Aside from that, I'm also interested in all sorts of arts and crafts, and some gardening to the side.
History and philosophy go hand in hand for me, while also trying not to be as involved as I was in politics, mostly to keep my sanity intact xD Huge nerd for anything old and new tech, gaming and coding. Video/image editing and watching donghua :D
As for this site, it's something I've always wanted to create. A page of my own, with the complete freedom that comes along with it. Having delved further into the indie web scene (interesting how something so simple became a movement), I couldn't be happier with how comforting it feels.
Luckily, I've never been the social media type, but the very few interactions I've had were more than enough - yeah, no need to elaborate further. Internet can be messy - and is, but if there's anything we can do is to create our own safe haven for like-minded folk, people who care about expression, authenticity and boundaries.
This has always existed, and it's wonderful to see it thrive, as new people who haven't had the chance to experience it, start embracing it without looking back ♡
So... this whole site is my attempt at trying something different, fun, comfy, rough around the edges yet something that reflects, even if just a bit, a little piece of me.
